With this in mind, one of the top challenges for IT jobs in the UK market is to find candidates after the candidate pool has been exhausted in a recent search.
So how to find new candidates soon after your last successful hire?

What is it?
This is a program whereby we offer successful candidates that we are working with a monetary incentive to recommend their fellow peers for similar IT jobs. Our successful candidates tend to work with other desirable candidates and so by offering this, it widens the candidate pool even further.
Who is it for?
All of our clients. But clients who are looking for repeat hires at the same level would find this particularly useful. It also has the added bonus of firming the culture of the team if colleagues who have worked together before are brought onto the same team.
That sounds well and good, but why do I need you for it?
Good point however while you could (and frankly should) do this yourself, by using our services, you are exposing your role to a much wider pool of candidates. If we place a software developer with a client in your location but that client doesn’t need another developer. Our successful candidate may know someone who is looking for a new challenge in that location. You would have access to that candidate that you may not have had otherwise.
