RecruITech operate as a recruitment consultancy rather than an agency, as such, our charging structure is tailored to your specific requirements.

Our fee will consider factors such as how long the role will take to fill, the urgency of your requirements, along with any criteria that do not fit the ‘norm’ which need to be considered when searching for your perfect candidate.  We are collaborative throughout our pricing proposal to ensure that not only is our fee affordable to you, but also sustainable for us. We will always aim to work in partnership with you.
