We are a specialised recruitment consultancy with collectively over ten years’ worth of experience in the technical recruitment sphere. Our services are offered to a great variety of clients in IT but those who seem to benefit the most are SMEs. We work with a large pool of IT candidates which include but are not limited to; Java Developers, Infrastructure Service Managers and Business Analysts.

Inbound Recruitment

Retainer Searches

This is more common and immediately backs up a lot of our clients in the past. We don’t recommend doing retainer searches for all your needs. It would be best for your more strategic roles. For a retainer search, you would be looking at paying a part of the fee upfront. Why would you do that you ask? For the recruiter’s attention. If you pay some of it upfront, we know that you are invested in this role and we are more likely to get a placement and will divert much more time and resources to this role.
