More candidates are now looking at Glassdoor and other neutral platforms to see what people are saying about your company. If your company doesn’t have a presence on Glassdoor or you have negative reviews, this is something to take into consideration. You will need to take steps to rectify this as soon as you can. Otherwise you run the real risk of losing out on talent.
