Technical Architect

BASED IN LONDON. As a Technical Architect you will be able to design, implement and manage the end-to-end project life cycle from conception to handover to support, ensuring all deliverables are completed to the highest quality, time and within budgetary constraints. You will have knowledge of Windows Deployment Services, Microsoft Cloud Solutions, Email and file migration, Datto, RMM, Ninja and Kasseys, as well as knowledge of backup and disaster Recovery Solutions such as Azure and Skykick. Infrastructure engineer (3rd line)

BASED IN LONDON. This is a permanent full- time / contractor 2nd-3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer position. You will be a single point of contact for our customers; logging and managing all calls, emails and tickets within SLA whilst providing strategic technical guidance. You will have Microsoft certifications, and ideally Prince2 foundation and ITIL Foundation certifications. You will have experience of working on a IT desk, have appreciation of ITIL services, be an excellent communicator and have fabulous attention to detail, Is this you? Get in contact ASAP!

Chief Technology officer (CTO)

BASED IN EXETER. As the CTO, you will be responsible for the technical strategies and growth, you’ll drive the technological developments and innovation of the organisation with the utilisation of an established team. You’ll also be required to own the reporting of the technological status, goals and progress within the business based off solid tracking, analysis and monitoring of performance metrics. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be joining at the start of a fast paced and exciting growth phase of the business.

Network Engineer

BASED IN EXETER. As the Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the support of the active equipment in the fibre network, you will also identify and suggest fixes for performance issues and troubleshoot technical problems and interface into network vendors. By joining during an exciting growth phase of the business, you'll have lots to get stuck into. Please note this role will be covering our regions and there will be traveling involved.

Resourcing & Talent Office

BASED IN EXETER. We are looking for a Resourcing & Talent Office to work in our busy offices in Exeter. You will be able to to take full control of our recruitment processes during this period of growth, streamline all avenues and co-ordinate between hiring departments, candidates, and external recruitment agents.

Front end Developer

BASED IN EXETER. Working as part of a team, we are looking for a Front end Developer to join our development team and work on our internal tools. The role will focus on working with our existing VueJS framework applications and acting as the lead architect of all our Javascript based platforms. Experience with Offline First and web mapping (preferably Leaflet) would be highly advantageous and excellent Javascript skills are vital. You will be key to the internal development team and will work with the Product Owner & CTO so will have direct input in how we design and build our tools. You will advise on technology and architecture and on areas for performance improvement.

Fibre Planner

BASED IN EXETER, DERBY, LEDBURY & TELFORD. We are looking for Fibre Planners to join our fast growing team and business. In this role yo will be playing a key role in the future growth and decisions around how and where we deploy our future network. Responsible for Fibre Network Planning and GIS activities, you will be instrumental in the future success and performance of the business and the geographies we serve. Reporting to the Head of Planning, you’ll be joining at the start of a very fast paced and exciting growth phase of the business with lots to get stuck into. IT Support Technician

BASED IN BRADFORD. The Support Technician is responsible for providing first and second line support for inbound queries relating to networking products and services to our clients existing customers, suppliers and end users. Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer services within the diagnosis, and resolution of reporting issues.

Warehouse Assistant

BASED IN EXETER. Due to significant company growth we are now looking for a Warehouse Assistant, Reporting directly into the Stores Manager, you’ll be joining us during a very exciting growth phase of the business with lots to get stuck into. You will be managing stock, allocation of parts, manage incoming stores requirements and general admin of the warehouse. Community Ambassador

BASED IN DERBY AND TELFORD. As a Community Ambassador you will be playing a pivotal role in the future growth and management of the business. You’ll be meeting with local residents and businesses every day to promote a brand-new fibre Internet solutions to the Home/Premises Network as well as engaging with the public on everything relating to the project within their community.

1st Line Helpdesk Engineer

BASED IN THE NORTH WEST: The service desk engineer will be working directly with end users and will be responsible for managing incidents and requests from receipt to resolution all the while ensuring service level targets are met and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Additionally you will be called upon to visit client sites to assist with technical issues, install new hardware as well as support senior engineers with project implementations. Working with and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, applications and M365 solutions the role provides exposure to lots of different technologies and the opportunity to develop through hands on work and professional development. A specific aim for this role is to bolster the existing team with a knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic engineers that have a customer first approach.
